Features and application ■ The drying speed is fast, the liquid is sprayed by centrifugal spray, and the surface area is greatly increased. In the high-temperature airflow, 95%-98% of water can be evaporated in an instant, and the drying time is only a few seconds.
■ Suitable for heat sensitive materials. Because the droplets flow in the direction of cocurrent flow, although the temperature of the hot air is higher, the material will not overheat when the water evaporates. The temperature distribution in the drying tower is shown in the lower left figure.
■ A wide range of materials are used, and a large number of materials with large differences in physical properties are used for this production.
